We’re looking for an “entrepreneurial developer;” someone with the energy and drive to turn ideas into reality. We want you to be relentless and passionate about software development.

Your only constraints are “React / React Native” and “AWS”. Don’t like Redux? Tell us what’s better (MobX?). Prefer TypeScript? Be prepared for a debate, but it’s one you could win. Want to use 2-space indentation instead of 4? Great (just don’t suggest 3 spaces — that did not go over well!)

- App development in React (must have experience!)
- Experience w/ Node / Express
- Experience w/ NoSQL databases (Mongo, Dynamo, Couch, etc.)
- Good FE skills (you don’t have to be a designer, but you have to have a good eye for it, and the ability to leverage resources to make beautiful software)
- TDD mindset (or at least an orientation towards unit testing)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- At least some experience with AWS, and a willingness to learn more — AWS certification a plus!
